Food and Dairy Applications...

AccuTru's advanced temperature measurement systems, the SVS/411, and the Ex-L mineral insulated metal sheathed sensors provide significant benefits to all components of the food and dairy industry.

For critical temperature measurement applications such as sterilization or processing, especially where the FDA requires traceability and validation, the SVS/411 provides the operator with validated, NIST traceable temperature measurements in the range of -200° C to 400° C., for the life of the sensor.  These metal sheathed sensors provide long life due to AccuTru's proprietary  ceramic insulation.

For mid-range temperatures, from 0° C to 1260° C, the SVS/2311 provides the same benefits to the user as the SVS/411.  However, the sensors operate at a higher temperature range .

For applications where validated data is not critical, AccuTru's Ex-L, mineral insulated, metal sheathed thermocouples are ideal.  Although not providing validated data to the user, the Ex-L sensors provide up to four times the life of conventional thermocouples insulated with MgO.
