  AccuTru's research has led to the development of a highly stable noble metal, ceramic insulated sensor line.  The noble metal thermocouples are intended for use in critical, high temperature, sensing applications found within Diffusion/Oxidation/Annealing furnaces, Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Crystal Growing, and Epitaxy semiconductor applications.  

In addition, AccuTru's Self-Validating Sensor System (SVS) has multiple applications in the semiconductor industry.  This unique system provides not only NIST traceable temperature readings for the life of the sensor, it alerts operators when a sensor begins to fail.  By providing this validation, the operator can replace a sensor before failure, saving scrap and improving product quality.
