Test Kit for the JT8D-200/MD80

AccuTru's Scavenge Oil Temperature Test Kit is designed to meet the requirements of the FAA's Airworthiness Directives N. 94-23-2 and 97-13 for Pratt and Whitney's aircraft turbine models JT8D-209, -217, -217A, -217C, and -219. REF. P&W SB A59444 Rev. 5

This compact kit contains everything you need to conduct a ground diagnostic test by using an immersion thermocouple. For detailed information on the test, see Pratt and Whitney's Alert Service Bulletin - "Engine - Compartment, No. 4 and 5 Bearing - Preventative Management of Oil Fires and High Pressure Turbine Shaft Fractures."

The Kit (Model No: KC-AST18338-JT8D-200/MD80) comes complete with all parts, certification of conformance and calibration data for both the temperature readout device and thermocouple. Accuracy is +/- 2 degrees C.
